Have a problem with my 9440a, with it hookup to a dim bulb tester, I turn it on and the dim bulb glows bright but there is no lights, no relay click and seams as if the transformer is not turning on. I pretty much a amateur at repairs. Know how to solder and use a multi meter. Could this unit have gone into protection? Where to start to see if that is what it has done.
